Job summary

Pullman Ciawi Vimala Hills Resort Spa & Convention, part of AccorHotels Indonesia, seeks a dynamic Commercial Leader to shape strategy, build partnerships, and maximize revenue across luxury resort operations.

You will lead the Sales, Revenue & Marketing teams, drive growth, and deliver outstanding client experiences while upholding the Pullman brand standards.

Qualifications

• Strong commercial leadership.
• Proven ability to build and lead high performing teams across Sales, Revenue & Marketing.
• Experience in Convention center, leisure and resort operations is a strong advantage.
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken.
