Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years as an Executive Chef or similar role in a 5 star or luxury international chain hotel.
• Expertise in kitchen operations, cost control, menu planning, and supplier management.
• Proven leadership and people management skill with strong communication, organisation, and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years as an Executive Chef or similar role in a 5 star or luxury international chain hotel.
• Expertise in kitchen operations, cost control, menu planning, and supplier management.
• Proven leadership and people management skill with string communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Mature, professional, and positive personality, with high integrity, strong interpersonal skills, accountability, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced hotel environment.
