Job summary

Captain Barbershop is seeking a Marketing Activation & Partnerships Specialist to build relationships with communities and potential partners aligned with our target market.

You will identify opportunities across events, sponsorships, and brand partnerships, and plan activation programs end-to-end to boost brand awareness and new customer acquisition. You’ll track results and optimize impact using leads, visitors, transactions, and revenue data.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Management or related field.
• 2-3 years of experience in Community, Events, Partnerships, Marketing Activation, or related field.
• Ability to manage and execute projects independently from planning to completion.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Strong network across communities, event organizers, brands, campuses and sports/lifestyle communities is a plus.
• Willing to work on-site or attend field activities as needed.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with relevant communities and potential partners aligned with Captain Barbershop's target market.
• Identify and manage opportunities across events, sponsorships, and brand partnerships to increase brand awareness and customer acquisition.
• Plan and execute activation programs and partnerships end-to-end, from opportunity identification to execution and evaluation.
• Develop local activation strategies around branches to drive new customer acquisition and increase offline traffic.
• Track, report, and evaluate marketing activities based on leads, visitors, new customers, transactions, revenue, and cost-effectiveness.
