Job summary

Hyatt Regency Hill Country Resort and Spa in San Antonio, TX is seeking an Events Coordinator to deliver unforgettable event experiences for guests and clients. You will collaborate with the Sales Team, manage event orders, and coordinate with banquet staff to ensure flawless execution.

Responsibilities

• Supports with Event Manager and Sales Team.
• Conducts site inspections and coordinates with organisers.
• Ensures all guest requirements are met by coordinating with Sales and Operations.
• Distributes Event Orders to departments in a timely manner.
• Manages deposits/payments from Clients on schedule.
• Oversees group events from arrival to departure and cross-sell when possible.
• Maintains relationships with established clientele and pursues new business.
