Job summary

PT. Intikom Berlian Mustika seeks an experienced Event Manager to lead the planning and execution of B2B events in Jakarta. You will coordinate cross-functional teams from concept to post-event evaluation, ensuring high-quality delivery and stakeholder satisfaction.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years in Event Management or related fields, with strong organizational and leadership abilities. Willingness to work non-traditional hours for live events is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Management, or a related field.
• Proven track record coordinating B2B events end-to-end.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end event planning and execution for B2B events (seminars, workshops, exhibitions, product launches).
• Develop event timelines and operational checklists; manage site operations to ensure on-time delivery.
• Handle proposals, budgets, vendor agreements, sponsorship approvals, and post-event reporting.
• Coordinate with Sales, Product, Marketing, Procurement, and Finance; manage external vendors, venues, and partners.
• Supervise the event team, delegate tasks, and ensure deliverables meet targets and SLAs.
