Job summary

KitaLulus in Jakarta (Sudirman) is seeking an on-site Events Coordinator to support growth by executing events end to end, from vendor coordination to operations and post-event reporting.

You will work closely with internal and external stakeholders, maintain documentation, and help generate leads and SQL through effective event execution. Experience with offline events is a plus.

This role requires strong communication and attention to detail, and will involve on-site work in Jakarta.

About This Role

You’ll support KitaLulus growth by executing online and offline events end to end from vendor and venue coordination to operations, follow-ups, and reporting. You’ll work closely with internal and external stakeholders while maintaining clear documentation. This role requires on‑site work in Jakarta (Sudirman), strong communication, and high attention to detail; offline event experience is a plus. In the first 13 months, success means helping generate 4050 SQL per quarter (min. 15 per month) through effective event execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute offline and online events
• Handle end-to-end event management including vendor & venue coordination, rundown management, operations, and post‑event follow‑up.
• Prepare structured event reports (attendance, leads, conversions, feedback).
• Communicate and coordinate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
• Assist with research, administrative tasks, and event documentation needs.

Requirements

• Able to work in Jakarta, Sudirman
• Experience managing offline event (is a plus)
• Strong communication skills
• Organized & detail oriented, and able to produce clear documentation & report
• Willing to learn and a fast learner

Key Outcomes (1-3 Months)

Achieve 40/50 SQL in a quarter with breakdown 15 SQL at least /month.
