Summarecon Mall Kelapa Gading is seeking an active undergraduate student pursuing a bachelor degree in Event Management to support our event team in Jakarta. The role focuses on administrative tasks and pre-event preparation.

You will carry out administrative support for event needs, prepare all requirements before and during events, and serve as a runner on-site. Availability for weekends and public holidays is required.

Qualifications

• Actively pursuing an undergraduate degree in Event Management or equivalent.
• Strong communication and project management skills are required.
• Detail oriented and proficient with Microsoft Office.
