Job summary

KitaLulus is seeking a proactive Events Associate to manage end-to-end event operations in Jakarta. You will coordinate vendors and venues, manage run-downs, oversee operations, and handle post-event follow-ups to ensure smooth execution.

You will also prepare structured reports on attendance, leads, and feedback, and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders while assisting with research and administrative tasks.

Qualifications

• Able to work in Jakarta, Sudirman.
• Experience managing offline event (is a plus).
• Strong communication skills.
• Organized & detail oriented, and able to produce clear documentation & report.
• Willing to learn and a fast learner.

Responsibilities
