Job summary

United Creative in Jakarta is seeking an Event Coordinator to support end-to-end event operations. You will work closely with the Event Planner, Project Manager, and Marketing to deliver high-impact experiences on time and within budgets.

The role requires strong communication, coordination, and the ability to manage multiple tasks under pressure, including after-hours events. Flexibility and a hands-on approach are essential to success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Event Management or related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in event organizing, production, or operations.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Able to work under pressure with tight deadlines.
• Good technical knowledge of event production (stage, multimedia, venue, vendors, and logistics).
• Flexible and willing to work outside normal hours, including weekends or evenings.

Responsibilities

• Work with the Event Planner to prepare event budgets.
• Review budgets with the Event Operation Lead and PM.
• Prepare and provide the event manual book.
• Collaborate with Marketing to ensure clear event communication.
• Attend and conduct venue surveys.
• Supervise all material rentals before production.
• Check and approve print proofs from vendors.
• Manage production timelines and schedules.
• Oversee operational aspects of internal and retail tenant events.
• Update production materials and guidelines as needed.
• Provide regular updates to the Event Lead and Project Manager.
