IDN is seeking an Event Production professional in Jakarta to manage offline events from concept to completion, coordinating with vendors, venues, and internal teams. The role emphasizes budgeting, logistics, and client satisfaction, with travel as needed.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years of experience in offline events and a bachelor's degree in a related field. This position is based at IDN Media HQ, IDN Event unit.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Communication, Event Management, Business, or related field; 1–3 years managing offline events.
• Proven ability to oversee event operations from concept to completion.
• Experience sourcing, negotiating, and managing external vendors, consultants, and venues.
• Experience creating and managing event budgets and costs to ensure cost-effective execution.
• Strong logistics coordination and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and collaboration with internal teams and clients.
• Willingness to travel for onsite events.

Responsibilities

• Handle event-related administrative tasks, including documentation, financial reporting, and post-event analysis.
• Collaborate with internal teams, clients, and external partners to align event strategies with business objectives.

Event Production will be responsible to manage client relationships, ensure smooth communication between clients and the event team, and deliver successful events. Event Production also identify and collaborate with various teams to ensure client satisfaction and project success.

• 2. Event Planning & Execution - Strong ability to oversee event operations, ensuring smooth execution from concept to completion.
• 3. Vendor & Stakeholder Management - Proven experience in sourcing, negotiating, and managing external vendors, consultants, and venues to optimize event quality and efficiency.
• 4. Budgeting & Financial Oversight - Expertise in creating and managing event budgets, including production and creative costs, to ensure cost-effective execution.
• 5. Logistics & Coordination - Ability to multitask and manage multiple event components simultaneously while maintaining high attention to detail.
• 6. Administrative & Reporting Skills - Capable of handling event-related administration, including documentation, financial reporting, and post-event analysis.
• 7. Communication & Collaboration - Excellent interpersonal skills to coordinate with internal teams, clients, and external partners to ensure seamless event execution.
• 8. Travel Flexibility - Willingness to travel for onsite event execution as required.
