This full-time role focuses on planning, delivering and evaluating marketing and communication events across product launches, exhibitions, conferences and community activities.

You will work with cross-functional teams, manage budgets and vendors, create event-related materials, mentor junior staff and help align events with the company’s brand and strategic objectives.

About the role

As an Event Marcom Supervisor at PT Agung Podomoro Land, Tbk (Agung Podomoro Group), you will play a crucial role in managing and executing a wide range of marketing and communication events for the company. This full-time position is based in Balikpapan, East Kalimantan, offering you the opportunity to contribute to the strategic objectives of the company within the Marketing & Communications and Event Management domains.

What you'll be doing

• Responsible for the end-to-end planning, organisation, and delivery of marketing and communication events, including product launches, exhibitions, conferences, and community engagement activities
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop innovative event concepts and strategies that align with the company's brand and marketing objectives
• Manage event budgets, timelines, and vendor relationships to ensure successful and cost-effective event execution
• Oversee the creation and distribution of event-related marketing materials, including invitations, promotional content, and post-event collateral
• Monitor and evaluate the success of events, providing insights and recommendations to continuously improve the company's event management strategies
• Mentor and support junior team members to develop their event management skills and capabilities

What we're looking for

• Minimum 6 years of experience in event management, preferably within the marketing and communications domain
• Proven track record of successfully planning and executing a variety of marketing and communication events, from concept to delivery
• Strong understanding of event budgeting, vendor management, and project management principles
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
• Creative problem-solving abilities and a keen eye for detail to ensure flawless event execution
• Familiarity with marketing and communication principles, with the ability to align events with the company's brand and strategic objectives
