PT. Bangkit Lakuliner Indonesia is seeking a logistics-focused professional to manage inventory of event equipment and oversee end-to-end warehouse processes.

You will coordinate deliveries to event sites, supervise vendors, and ensure compliance with permits, delivering timely load-in/load-out and data-driven reports. Strong attention to detail and excellent communication are required.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Tourism, Administration, or related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in logistics and distribution.
• Strong skills in data processing and presentation.
• Proficient in logistics & distribution tools/systems.
• Familiar with end-to-end warehouse management.

Responsabilidades

• Manage inventory of all event equipment including ordering and tracking.
• Coordinate delivery and transportation to event sites with load-in/load-out schedules.
• Negotiate and manage third-party vendors and monitor on-site performance.
• Handle location permits, security documents, and regulatory compliance.
• Troubleshoot on-site issues like delays or shortages.

Descripción del empleo

Manage inventory of all event equipment (products, booths, cooking tools, POS systems, etc.), including ordering, tracking, and ensuring correct quantities for every event.

Coordinate delivery and transportation from warehouse/vendors to event sites, ensuring timely load-in and load-out schedules.

Negotiate and manage third-party vendors (couriers, equipment rental, security) and monitor their on-site logistics performance.

Handle and analyze location permits, security documents, and ensure full compliance with applicable regulations.

Quickly troubleshoot and resolve unexpected on-site issues such as delivery delays or equipment shortages.

Prepare and present logistics reports covering inventory, vendor performance, and operational outcomes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Tourism, Administration, or related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in logistics and distribution.
• Strong skills in data processing and presentation.
• Proficient in logistics & distribution tools/systems.
• Familiar with end-to-end warehouse management.
• Excellent time management, attention to detail, communication, and problem-solving skills.
