Ringroup is seeking an experienced Event Chef de Partie to join our culinary team in Depok. You will run a designated kitchen section, delivering high-quality dishes for prestigious events and maintaining taste, presentation, and consistency under the guidance of the Sous Chef and Head Chef.

This role offers opportunities to work on event catering, develop skills, and advance within a renowned establishment located in Depok.

Formación

• Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or Commis Chef in a professional kitchen, preferably with event catering experience.
• Ability to work efficiently and accurately under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare and cook dishes for a designated kitchen section following established recipes and quality standards.
• Ensure consistency in taste, presentation, and quality of all items from your station.
• Maintain strict hygiene and sanitation standards in the work area and storage.
• Assist in inventory management and stock rotation for your section.
• Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure seamless service flow.
• Adhere to health and safety regulations in the kitchen.
