Job summary

Global Elektronik Mitaprana in Bekasi is seeking an experienced Logistics Supervisor to lead the inbound and outbound flow of goods at the key distribution hub. You will supervise warehouse and dispatch teams, optimize workflows, and ensure safety, accuracy, and timely delivery within the West Java region.

The role requires a diploma or bachelor's in logistics or a related field, at least four years of logistics or warehouse supervision, and proven leadership in fast-paced environments.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Logistics or related field.
• Minimum 4 years' experience in logistics or warehouse supervision.
• Proven ability to lead a team in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of warehouse and dispatch teams.
• Oversee the loading and unloading of trucks, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
• Implement and enforce safety protocols and procedures within the hub.
• Manage inventory control processes, including receiving, put-away, picking, and shipping.
• Monitor team performance, provide coaching, and conduct performance reviews.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless coordination of logistics operations.
