Job summary

PT. ESCO Teknologi Integrasi in Jakarta, Indonesia, invites a qualified candidate to join our team as Import & Logistics Assistant Manager. The role manages delivery, import/export from suppliers, and delivery to customers.

You will update asset data, conduct stock takes, oversee repairs of defective goods, and help revise SOPs for continuous improvement. Requirements: 5 years in import/logistics, a Bachelor’s degree, proficiency in MS Word and Excel, experience with Accurate software, and

Qualifications

Minimum 5 years of experience in import and logistics.
Bachelor's degree (S1) in any field.
Proficient in MS Word and Excel.
Experience using Accurate or other inventory management software.
Capable of handling correspondence in English.
Able to coordinate effectively and efficiently.
Meticulous, organized, tenacious, and responsible.
Workdays: Monday - Friday.

Responsibilities

Manage and coordinate delivery, import and export from suppliers.
Manage and coordinate delivery of goods to customers.
Update asset data and inventory into the system.
Conduct periodic stock takes.
Manage and coordinate repair of defect goods with relevant parties.
Review and revise SOPs for continuous improvement.
All works related with import, export, logistic and warehousing not mentioned above.
