Job summary

GreenSM Indonesia is seeking a results-driven sales professional in Jakarta Pusat to drive vehicle sales and onboard new drivers across ride-hailing and mobility networks. You will present EV features and financing options while building strong customer relationships.

Ideal candidates have 2–5 years in sales, experience with social media lead generation, and a willingness to travel for field activities. This role focuses on growing market share in the mobility sector.

Qualifications

• Requires a Diploma or Bachelor’s in Business, Marketing, Automotive, or related field.
• 2–5 years of sales experience, preferably automotive, leasing, banking, transportation, or mobility.
• Experience generating leads and selling through social media (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, WhatsApp, etc.).
• Experience with ride-hailing driver communities, fleet operators, or customer acquisition preferred.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and customer engagement skills; willingness to travel for field sales.

Responsibilities

• Achieve vehicle sales targets through prospecting and social media selling, direct sales, and field activities.
• Acquire and onboard new customers/drivers via ride-hailing and mobility driver communities.
• Present vehicle features, EV benefits, and financing/rental schemes to potential customers.
• Follow up with leads, negotiate, and close sales while maintaining a strong customer experience.
• Prepare sales reports, track follow-ups, and provide market insights and feedback to management.
