Job summary

GreenSM Indonesia in Jakarta is seeking a senior growth marketer to develop and drive online driver acquisition programs and lead the Driver Recruitment Telesales team to meet hiring targets.

You will manage and optimize digital campaigns across Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, and other platforms, monitor CPA and ROI, and collaborate with Operations, Marketing, and Recruitment to maintain a healthy driver pipeline.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of experience in online customer/driver acquisition, growth marketing, or performance marketing.
• Experience managing digital advertising platforms (Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, etc.)
• Experience leading telesales or inside sales teams is highly preferred
• Strong analytical skills with experience interpreting campaign performance and conversion data
• Excellent stakeholder management and leadership skills
• Experience in ride-hailing, logistics, fintech, or other high-volume acquisition environments is a plus

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute online driver acquisition strategies to achieve hiring targets
• Manage and optimize digital campaigns across Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, and other online platforms
• Lead and manage the Driver Recruitment Telesales team to maximize lead conversion
• Monitor campaign performance, CPA, and conversion metrics to improve ROI
• Build acquisition funnels and continuously optimize candidate journeys from lead generation to onboarding
• Collaborate with Operations, Marketing, and Recruitment teams to ensure a healthy driver pipeline
