Job summary

Green SM Indonesia is launching its electric two-wheeler operations and seeks an experienced Vehicle Management Manager – 2W to lead the end-to-end fleet management. You will ensure vehicle availability, safety, cost efficiency, and operational readiness across depots in Jakarta.

You will develop maintenance standards, dashboards, and reports while building a high-performing team and coordinating with Operations, Finance, Procurement, Legal, Safety, and external partners.

Qualifications

• Experience managing motorcycle or two-wheel fleets.
• Strong understanding of vehicle maintenance, workshop operations, spare parts, asset control and documentation.
• Proven analytical and vendor-management skills.
• Ability to build systems in a fast-growing, dynamic environment.
• Excellent leadership and cross-functional coordination.
• Proficient in English and Bahasa Indonesia.

Responsibilities

• Manage full lifecycle of the two-wheel vehicle fleet from receipt to disposal.
• Develop preventive maintenance, repair, inspection, and readiness standards.
• Ensure vehicle availability to meet operational targets.
• Monitor fleet condition, utilization, downtime, costs, and performance; coordinate documentation and regulatory compliance.
• Manage relationships with workshops, spare-parts suppliers, and external partners.
• Establish controls for keys, batteries, and assets.
• Collaborate with Operations, Finance, Procurement, Legal, Safety and other teams.
• Develop dashboards and reports on fleet status and risks.
• Lead and develop the vehicle management team across depots.
