Job summary

PT Yonyou Network Indonesia is seeking a Senior ERP Consultant to lead ERP implementation projects, analyze business requirements, and deliver effective system solutions.

You will manage client relationships, conduct workshops, configure modules, and mentor junior consultants while ensuring quality and timely go-lives. Candidates should have 5-8+ years in ERP delivery with knowledge of SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or Odoo and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in IS/Accounting/Business or related field.
• 5-8+ years of ERP implementation experience.
• Experience in manufacturing, retail, or finance is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of ERP systems and best practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end ERP implementation (planning, configuration, testing, deployment).
• Manage project timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder expectations.
• Configure ERP modules based on client requirements (Finance, SCM, HR).
• Act as main client contact; conduct workshops and demos.
• Develop test scenarios and perform UAT; ensure quality.
• Train end-users; provide post-implementation support; mentor juniors.
