Strong SQL and Excel skills, plus excellent communication, will help you lead UAT, training, and post-implementation activities, ensuring on-time delivery and measurable improvements.

Responsibilities

• Analyze clients' existing business processes and identify opportunities for improvement and digital transformation.
• Query, manipulate, and analyze business data using SQL and Excel.
• Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements.
• Translate business requirements into functional solutions and collaborate with technical/project teams.
• Support ERP, Finance, Payroll, and Plantation Management System implementation.
• Conduct and support UAT, system validation, user training, and post-implementation activities.
• Prepare and deliver presentations, solution proposals, and business insights to clients.
• Ensure solutions are delivered according to business requirements, timelines, and expected outcomes.
