Job summary

PT Telinco Networks Indonesia is seeking an experienced Senior IT Manager to translate business unit needs into clear ERP requirements and ensure end-to-end alignment across processes. You will oversee the development, integration, and maintenance of internal applications, manage the ERP backlog, lead UAT, and drive user adoption.

You will supervise daily network infrastructure operations, backups, vendor SLA performance, and the IT service desk, ensuring incident handling and knowledge base

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of IT experience, including at least 2 years in a leadership role (Supervisor, Team Lead, or Coordinator) with proven experience in end-to-end ERP or application implementations.
• Proficiency in web application architecture, relational databases (SQL queries), user access & information security controls, and infrastructure/network management.
• Solid understanding of project-based business processes (procurement, execution, acceptance, billing) and IT service management concepts (Service Catalog, SLAs, Incident Management).
• Strong analytical problem-solving capabilities, cross-functional team leadership, effective technical reporting/presentations, and passive English proficiency for technical documentation.

Responsibilities

• Translate business unit needs into clear ERP requirements and ensure end-to-end alignment across processes.
• Oversee development, integration, and maintenance of internal applications/ERP, managing backlog priorities, leading UAT, and driving user adoption.
• Manage daily operations of network infrastructure and availability, oversee backup procedures, and coordinate vendor performance against SLA standards.
• Lead IT service desk operations to handle incidents and service requests in compliance with SLAs, while maintaining a central knowledge base.
• Direct the IT team in daily operations, manage vendor administration and IT asset tracking, and prepare operational reports.
