Job summary

Mekari invites motivated professionals to join our Indonesian SaaS team. You will assist clients to set up applications tailored to their needs, provide product training, and deliver consultancy on best practices for Accounting Software.

You will maintain client portfolios, respond to issues, gather information for system implementation, and support developers with bug testing while reporting user needs to the manager.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients to setup applications appropriate to clients' requirements.
• Provide product training to users.
• Provide consultancy for a client about best practice Accounting Software.
• Maintain account portfolio to ensure activity in usage and transactions.
• Support and provide solutions to clients’ issues.
• Gather client’s information and implement them to the system.
• Assist the developer team with bug testing of the application and new features.
• Regularly report to the manager about client’s needs and problems.
