Job summary

Mekari is seeking an ERP Implementation Consultant to help clients set up and optimize ERP modules across Finance, Inventory, Procurement, and Manufacturing. You will train users, advise on best practices, and coordinate end-to-end deployments with cross-functional teams in a dynamic SaaS environment.

The role requires project management experience, strong communication, and fluency in English to engage with international clients and internal stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Information Systems, Business, or equivalent.
• Experience with project management, consultation and ERP implementation.
• Knowledge of business processes (Finance, Inventory, Procurement, and/or Manufacturing) and familiarity with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Odoo or similar).
• Proficiency with corporate productivity tools (Microsoft & Gsuite).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken).
• Comfortable with data, numbers, and coordinating multiple client implementations.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients to set up and configure ERP modules (Finance, Inventory, Procurement, Manufacturing) per requirements.
• Provide product training to users across ERP modules.
• Consult clients on best practices for business process automation and ERP adoption.
• Maintain account portfolio to track activation, usage, and transactions.
• Provide solutions to client issues, including cross-module and integrations concerns.
• Gather client requirements and coordinate implementation into the system.
• Coordinate with developers/product team for testing and feedback on ERP features.
• Report regularly on client needs, adoption progress, and problems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for smooth onboarding.
