Job summary

Mekari, Indonesia's leading SaaS company, is hiring a Project Management Administrator to support Engineering Leadership. You will maintain project documentation, track progress, coordinate calendars, and act as a communication hub across tribes.

Ideal candidates hold a bachelor’s degree and have familiarity with Agile or Waterfall methodologies, with Jira, Coda, or Asana experience. You will also help prepare presentations and keep project files organized in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT/CS/Business Administration preferred.
• Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall is beneficial; certifications like PSM or PMP can be an advantage.
• Proficiency with Jira, Coda, or Asana for task management, scheduling, and reporting.
• Basic IT concepts and terminology to communicate with technical teams and stakeholders.
• Strong organizational abilities to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation and data management.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills to facilitate collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Documentation Management: Maintain project documentation, including project plans, status reports, meeting minutes, and other project-related records, accessible to stakeholders (Engineering Leadership).
• Task Tracking and Reporting: Track task progress for engineering projects in each tribe and generate summaries for visibility into status and performance.
• Scheduling and Coordination: Manage calendars, scheduling meetings, organizing resources, and sending invitations.
• Communication: Serve as a point of contact for project inquiries and facilitate communication between stakeholders (Engineering Leadership).
• Administrative Support: Provide general administrative support to Engineering Leadership such as preparing presentations, drafting correspondence, and maintaining project files.
