Job summary

HashMicro seeks an International Project Manager to lead end-to-end ERP implementation projects across cross-functional and international teams. You will manage delivery from planning to completion, ensuring high customer satisfaction and successful digital transformation.

The role requires ERP project experience, programming and database knowledge, and English communication with overseas teams. You will mentor teams, manage timelines and budgets, and drive strategic project analysis.

Qualifications

• Has extensive experience in implementing ERP systems as a Project Manager.
• Proficient in at least one programming language and database management.
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
• Strong project management and leadership skills.
• Able to communicate in English with overseas teams.
• Experience mentoring and developing talent in tech teams.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• High accountability in decision-making and supervising teams.
• Experience in collaborative, cross-functional environments.
• Managerial experience and analytical problem-solving abilities.
• Able to anticipate challenges and proactively address obstacles.
• ERP knowledge and accounting knowledge is a plus.
• Knowledge of Odoo is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage ERP projects end-to-end, ensuring delivery on time, on budget, and within scope with high customer satisfaction.
• Develop project plans, goals, budgets, and resource requirements.
• Maintain project timeframes, budgets, and status reports.
• Build and mentor team members to improve capabilities.
• Coordinate project team members and develop schedules and responsibilities.
• Use project management tools to track performance and adherence to schedule.
• Analyze, plan, and develop requirements and standards for scheduled projects.
• Hold regular team meetings to discuss progress and resolve questions.
• Guide and perform strategic analysis for the project.
• Organize all phases to ensure on-time completion.
• Assemble and coordinate project team members; assign responsibilities.
• Plan and disseminate project communications, and maintain documentation.
