Job summary

Mekari is hiring an ERP Consultant to assist clients in configuring ERP modules (Finance, Inventory, Procurement, Manufacturing) and deliver product training. You will provide consultancy on best practices for automation, maintain client activation, and collaborate with developers to improve ERP features.

Fluency in English is required and prior ERP exposure is preferred. The role involves coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth onboarding and successful project delivery across

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Information Systems, Business or equivalent.
• Experience with project management, consultancy and ERP setup.
• Understanding of finance, inventory, procurement and/or manufacturing business processes.
• Exposure to ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Odoo or similar).
• Proficient with corporate productivity and web presentation tools (Microsoft & Gsuite).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken).

Responsibilities

• Assist clients to set up and configure ERP modules per requirements.
• Provide product training for ERP users.
• Offer consultancy on business process automation and ERP adoption.
• Maintain account portfolio to track activation and usage across modules.
• Coordinate with development/product teams for bug testing and feedback on ERP features.
• Report client needs and adoption progress to the manager.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for smooth client onboarding.
