Job summary

PT Wahana Kosmetika Indonesia is seeking a hands-on ERP Project Specialist to manage and support ERP implementation and improvements from planning through deployment.

You will analyze business processes, translate requirements into ERP solutions, configure modules, and coordinate with internal departments and ERP vendors to ensure timely delivery and quality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT/CS/IS/Engineering or related field.
• 2–4 years of ERP implementation or ERP support experience.
• Experience participating in ERP implementation and improvement projects.
• Strong understanding of business processes and system analysis.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Able to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong project coordination and documentation skills.
• Able to manage multiple projects, priorities and stakeholders simultaneously.
