Job summary

WIK Group invites an Engineer – Equipment for Recycle & Compounding Facility to join our international team in Batam. You will monitor equipment reliability, analyze root causes, and drive preventive maintenance to improve capacity and safety. Collaborate with maintenance, production, vendors, and experts for solutions.

Relocation support, on-site canteen, and a performance-based bonus are offered.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in mechanical, mechatronics, electrical, or related engineering discipline.
Experience with manufacturing equipment, preferably plastic processing, recycling, extrusion, crushing, washing, conveying, or pelletizing equipment and excellent or expert in recycling & compounding process.
Able to read mechanical drawings, equipment manuals, and technical specifications; strong mechanical/electrical understanding.

Responsibilities

Equipment reliability & performance monitoring and preventive/predictive maintenance planning.
Troubleshooting of equipment failures, root cause analysis, coordination with maintenance, production, vendors and experts.
Develop corrective and preventive actions for equipment-related problems.
New equipment evaluation, specifications, and technical requirements.
Spare parts identification, documentation, and maintenance records.
