Job summary

WIK Group in Batam, Indonesia is seeking an Environmental & Facility Compliance Specialist to join our growing international team. You will support building maintenance oversight, ensure regulatory compliance, and manage documentation for audits.

The ideal candidate holds a bachelor’s degree in environmental engineering or related field, 1–2 years of experience, strong English, and proficient MS Office; relocation support, a canteen, and a performance-based bonus are offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in environmental engineering or related field is required.
• 1–2 years of experience in a similar role is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian environmental and safety regulations.
• Experience with audit readiness and document control practices.
• Good English communication and proficient MS Office skills.
