Job summary

APP Group seeks a seasoned Maintenance and Reliability Engineer in Indonesia. You will lead vibration-based condition monitoring, analyze rotating equipment, and drive preventive and predictive maintenance programs across our facilities.

You will collaborate with Maintenance, Engineering and Operations, perform RCA, and apply strong analytical and leadership skills while communicating in English. A Bachelor's or Master’s in Engineering is preferred.

Qualifications

• More than 5 years of experience in equipment reliability, condition monitoring, rotating equipment, or a related field.
• Certified in Vibration Inspection / Vibration Analysis Level 1 and Level 2.
• Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in rotating equipment analysis.
• Bachelor's or Master's Degree (S1/S2) in Engineering or a related technical field preferred.
• Good command of English, both written and spoken.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement equipment reliability and preventive/predictive maintenance strategies.
• Perform and lead vibration monitoring and condition-based maintenance activities.
• Analyze rotating equipment performance and identify potential equipment failures.
• Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) and recommend corrective and preventive actions.
• Improve equipment availability, reliability, and overall maintenance effectiveness.
• Work closely with Maintenance, Engineering, and Operations teams to minimize unplanned downtime.
