Job summary

PT META WANGSA SOLUSI is seeking a Field Sales professional in Jakarta to own the full cycle of IT solutions sales. You will prospect, meet clients, close deals, and manage contracts while leveraging an existing network with banks and payment service providers.

Applicants should understand tender processes, procurement, and negotiation. English communication is required, and you will develop a robust sales pipeline to meet targets and upsell where possible.

Qualifications

• Full cycle Field Sales for IT solutions and enterprise accounts.
• Prospecting, qualifying leads, meetings, closing deals, and managing contracts.
• Existing network in banks, financial institutions, or payment service providers.
• Understanding of the sales cycle for enterprise IT solutions, tender processes, procurement, and contract negotiation.
• Maintain and grow customer relationships; upsell opportunities.
• Represent the company as the first contact for customers and collect feedback for improvements.
• Negotiate contracts and meet prospects to close agreements.
• Develop and execute a sales pipeline and manage CRM for prospects.
• Meet and exceed individual sales targets.
• English proficiency in speaking, listening, and writing.
