Job summary

PT Bank Danamon Indonesia is seeking an Enterprise / Corporate / Wholesale Banking Relationship Manager to grow a demanding client portfolio, balancing new business development with rigorous analytical and relationship management. You will identify opportunities, prepare credit proposals with Business Analysts, and expand portfolios through funding, trade, and treasury solutions.

You will monitor loan payments, liaise with Legal on facility agreements, and ensure regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

Minimum 5 years of banking experience in client relationship management role.
Strong understanding of banking credit processes, products, and regulations.
Good knowledge of banking products (lending and funding).
Solid understanding of banking regulations.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

Identify and develop business opportunities with prospective clients.
Maintain and grow existing client relationships. Prepare credit proposals and work closely with Business Analysts on credit analysis.
Expand client portfolios through funding, trade, and treasury solutions.
Monitor interest and loan payments, and support clients across various banking transactions.
Liaise with the Legal team on client requests related to facility agreement clause modifications.
