Job summary

Responsibilities

Collaborate with instructional designers and subject matter experts to define learning objectives and content requirements for e-learning courses.
Deliver material prepared by the insider talent team with clarity and practicality.
Present information and concepts on camera in a clear, engaging manner to help participants apply sales concepts on TikTok.
Use effective communication techniques (voice modulation, body language, eye contact) to increase audience engagement.
Provide practical mappings, simulations, and examples to illustrate complex concepts.
Review manuscripts with content creators and designers, offering feedback for clarity and effectiveness.
