Job summary

Seven Retail, established as a House of Brands, seeks a Public Speaking Teacher Trainer to design and deliver teacher training, conduct classroom observations, provide coaching, and develop learning materials to raise teaching standards.

You will collaborate with the Teacher Recruitment & Training Supervisor to identify development needs, implement new curriculum, and support continuous improvement across our centers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Education or related field.
• High proficiency in English (C1 or higher).
• Strong communication, presentation and facilitation skills.
• Experience teaching English as a second language.
• Experience in teacher training or Learning & Development preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver onboarding and ongoing training programs for Public Speaking teachers.
• Conduct classroom observations to assess teaching quality and identify areas for improvement.
• Provide teachers with actionable feedback, coaching, and development support.
• Develop and improve training modules, learning materials, activities, and assessments.

As a Public Speaking Teacher Trainer, you will play a key role in developing and maintaining the quality of our Public Speaking teachers. You will design and deliver teacher training, conduct classroom observations, provide coaching and feedback, and develop learning materials to help teachers continuously improve their teaching practice. You will work closely with the Teacher Recruitment & Training Supervisor to identify teacher development needs and turn them into effective training and coaching programs.

Your Day-to-Day

Deliver onboarding and ongoing training programs for Public Speaking teachers.

Conduct classroom observations to assess teaching quality and identify areas for improvement.

Provide teachers with actionable feedback, coaching, and development support based on their performance.

Develop and improve training modules, learning materials, activities, and assessments based on identified teacher needs.

Support teachers in developing effective public speaking, facilitation, classroom management, and student engagement skills.

Track teacher development and follow up on training effectiveness through observations and performance monitoring.

Collaborate with the Teacher Recruitment & Training Supervisor to identify individual and team-level training needs.

Support the implementation of new curriculum, teaching standards, and instructional initiatives through relevant teacher training.

Contribute to continuous improvement of our teacher development and quality assurance processes.

Who We’re Looking For

Bachelor’s degree in Education, Communication, English Education, Psychology, Educational Management, or a related field. A bachelor’s degree in any field may be considered with relevant experience.

High proficiency in English (minimum C1 CEFR level), with strong command of both spoken and written English. Proof of English proficiency (such as IELTS, TOEFL, Cambridge English exams, or equivalent) is required.

Strong communication, presentation, and facilitation skills, with the ability to engage and develop teachers.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, particularly in identifying capability gaps and determining development needs.

Experience teaching English as a second language, especially to young learners.

Experience teaching, mentoring, or facilitating Public Speaking, Communication, Presentation, Debate, Storytelling, or related skills is preferred.

Experience in teacher training, coaching, or Learning & Development is preferred.
