Job summary

Seven Retail, established as a House of Brands, seeks a Public Speaking Teacher Trainer to design and deliver teacher training, conduct classroom observations, provide coaching, and develop learning materials to raise teaching standards.

You will collaborate with the Teacher Recruitment & Training Supervisor to identify development needs, implement new curriculum, and support continuous improvement across our centers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Education or related field.
• High proficiency in English (C1 or higher).
• Strong communication, presentation and facilitation skills.
• Experience teaching English as a second language.
• Experience in teacher training or Learning & Development preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver onboarding and ongoing training programs for Public Speaking teachers.
• Conduct classroom observations to assess teaching quality and identify areas for improvement.
• Provide teachers with actionable feedback, coaching, and development support.
• Develop and improve training modules, learning materials, activities, and assessments.
• Track teacher development and follow up on training effectiveness through observations.
• Collaborate with the Teacher Recruitment & Training Supervisor to identify training needs.
• Support the implementation of new curriculum, teaching standards, and instructional initiatives.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of our teacher development and quality assurance processes.
