You will greet customers professionally, clarify needs, and maintain product knowledge while documenting interactions and aiming to meet KPIs. Located in Surakarta, the role supports teamwork with flexible shifts in a full-time capacity.

Qualifications

• High school diploma with limited work experience preferred.
• Excellent customer service orientation and courtesy.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced work environment.

Responsibilities

• Ensure service delivered meets KPIs.
• Clarify customer requirements; probe for understanding, use decision-support tools and resources to resolve.
• Listen attentively to customer needs and concerns; demonstrate empathy while building rapport.
• Greet customers courteously and professionally using agreed procedures.
• Maintain basic knowledge of client products/services.
• Prepare complete and accurate work including appropriately notating accounts as required.
• Participate in activities designed to improve customer satisfaction and business performance.
• Offer additional products and/or services.
• Track, document and retrieve information in call tracking database.
• Respond to customer inquiries by referring to published materials or more senior staff.
