Responsibilities

• Implement and develop preventive maintenance to reduce downtime.
• Inspect machines and facilities to resolve issues.
• Oversee machine repairs and control critical spare parts.
• Monitor and control critical spare parts availability to reduce downtime.
• Monitor expenses and maintenance costs.
• Keep maintenance logs and report daily activities.
• Cooperate with other departments to meet production targets.
• Lead improvements to reduce downtime, cut costs, improve quality and increase throughput.

Responsibilities

1. Implement, analyze & develop preventive maintenance to reduce downtime
2. Carry out inspections of the machines, factory facilities, to identify & resolve issues
3. Plan, oversee all machine’s repair/equipment
4. Monitor & control critical spare parts of machines to ensure availability of spare part when needed & reduce downtime
5. Monitor expenses & maintenance cost
6. Keep maintenance logs, report on daily activities
7. Cooperate with other departments to ensure production target achieved
8. Lead improvement process to reduce downtime, reduce cost, increase quality & increase throughput

Job requirements

• S1, Bachelor in Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering
• Has good knowledge & experience of GMP, HACCP & FSSC
• At least 10 years of working experience in the related field as Engineering Supervisor
• Age Max. 40 years old
• Conversant in English (speaking, writing, listening)
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, AutoCAD, SolidWorks
• Willing to work shifts (3 shifts, 4 groups)
• Preferably domiciled in Tangerang
