Job summary

PT. Surya TOTO Indonesia Tbk is seeking a seasoned engineer to join our manufacturing team in Serpong, Tangerang. The role focuses on design planning, technical supervision, and ensuring safe, efficient operation of machines and systems according to SOPs.

The ideal candidate has a civil/mechanical/electrical background, 5–10 years in related fields, and hands-on experience with casting, forging, molding, machining, and PVD processes, plus strong automation and energy management knowledge.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering with a minimum GPA of 3.00.
• 5–10 years of work experience in related fields.
• Strong knowledge of casting, forging, injection molding, machining, polishing, plating, and PVD processes.
• Solid understanding of factory utility systems, industrial automation, and control systems.
• Experience in energy management and CAPEX project management for plant modifications.
• Knowledge of Occupational Health and Safety (OHS/HSE) regulations.
• Proficient in engineering drawing software (AutoCAD or similar).
• Willing to be placed in Serpong- Tangerang.

Responsibilities

• Conduct design planning, technical supervision, and operational maintenance.
• Ensure that all projects, machines, or systems operate safely, efficiently, and according to established standards (SOPs).
