• Minimum of 3 years of relevant working experience in the same field
• Fluent in English is required
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Responsible, disciplined, and reliable
• Preferably domiciled in the Jabodetabek area
• Preferably with experience in Building Management or Property
• Good understanding of Distribution Panels
• Basic knowledge of Electricity
• Familiar with Power Calculations
