Job summary

PT DEWA MITRA SUKSES is looking for a dedicated maintenance technician to support hotel and restaurant facilities in Bali. You will perform daily inspections, troubleshoot electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems, and carry out preventive maintenance according to the schedule.

The role requires basic engineering qualifications, ability to use standard maintenance tools, and willingness to work shifts, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum Senior High School / Diploma in Engineering or related technical field.
• Experience in Hotel, Restaurant, Hospitality, or Building Maintenance preferred.
• Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, mechanical, AC/refrigeration, and general maintenance.
• Able to use basic tools and maintenance equipment.
• Able to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays when required.
• Physically fit, responsible, disciplined, and able to work under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily inspection and maintenance of building facilities and equipment.
• Repair electrical, plumbing, mechanical, air-conditioning, and other technical problems.
• Conduct preventive maintenance according to the maintenance schedule.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests from Restaurant, Hotel, Kitchen, Housekeeping, and other departments.
• Monitor and maintain electrical systems, lighting, switches, sockets, panels, and related equipment.
• Check and maintain pumps, motors, generators, compressors, and other mechanical equipment.
• Perform routine inspection and maintenance of AC systems.
• Maintain water supply, drainage, toilets, sinks, faucets, and related plumbing systems.
• Assist in maintaining kitchen and restaurant equipment, including ovens, burners, exhaust systems, dishwashers, and other equipment.
• Follow all safety procedures when performing maintenance and repair work.

Responsible for maintaining, inspecting, repairing, and ensuring the proper operation of all building facilities, equipment, utilities, and technical systems to support safe, efficient, and uninterrupted restaurant and hotel operations.

About you
