Qualifications

• 3+ years in a senior technician role or similar.
• Strong expertise in electrical systems, HVAC, plumbing, and industrial kitchen equipment.
• Ability to read and create wiring diagrams.
• Familiarity with maintenance planning and damage reporting.
• Experience in restaurant, hotel, or nightclub industry is a plus.
• Ability to mentor technicians and work cross-functionally.

You will also play a key role in managing technical documentation and providing efficient solutions to facility-related issues.

Requirements

1. Minimum 3 years of experience in a senior technician role or similar position.
2. Strong technical expertise in electrical systems, industrial kitchen equipment, HVAC, and plumbing.
3. Ability to read and create technical drawings/wiring diagrams.
4. Familiarity with technical documentation, maintenance planning, and damage reporting.
5. Strong analytical and logical thinking skills in solving complex technical problems.
6. Ability to perform under pressure, particularly during operational hours.
