Job summary

Bread Yard is seeking a hands-on Maintenance Engineer to join our Bali team. The role focuses on preventive and corrective maintenance of outlet facilities and equipment across our F&B operation.

Ideal candidates have at least 6 months in engineering or maintenance, basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems, and the ability to troubleshoot and repair independently or with a team. We value detail-orientation and reliability to keep daily operations running smoothly.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months of experience in engineering or maintenance, preferably in F&B, hotel, or hospitality.
• Basic knowledge of electrical systems, plumbing, air conditioning, and general facility maintenance.
• Ability to perform basic troubleshooting and repairs.
• Detail-oriented, responsive, and responsible.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance and repairs on outlet facilities and equipment.
• Handle troubleshooting related to electrical systems, plumbing, air conditioning, and other facilities.
• Conduct routine inspections to ensure all facilities and equipment are functioning properly.
• Follow up on maintenance and repair requests from each department.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety in the work area after completing repairs.
• Support smooth daily operations by ensuring all engineering and maintenance needs are properly handled.
