Job summary

FKS Food and Agri in Sragen, Central Java, seeks a Managerial Engineer to lead maintenance and reliability initiatives across mechanical, electrical, and automation systems. You will plan maintenance, manage parts and assets, and drive continuous improvement.

The role requires 2–4 years in managerial maintenance within food manufacturing, familiarity with AutoCAD/CMMS, PLC/PID knowledge, and strong analytical problem-solving; programming/automation is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, Industrial Eng or related)
• 2–4 years in managerial engineering/maintenance, preferably in food manufacturing
• Strong knowledge of maintenance planning, spare parts, asset management, PLC, PID, wiring, and utilities
• Familiar with OEE, RCFA, MTBF, MTTR, availability and equipment reliability
• Proficient in AutoCAD and familiar with CMMS
• Analytical, problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Programming/automation skills are an advantage
