Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering required.
• Minimum 10–15 years engineering experience with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of engineering systems, facilities management, and asset maintenance.
• Proven experience in project management and budget control.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Strategic thinking and business acumen.
• High level of integrity, accountability, and decision-making capability.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage complex operations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee preventive and corrective maintenance for all equipment, facilities, and systems.
• Lead capital projects, renovations, expansions, and new site development; manage budgets, timelines, vendors, and contractors.
• Prepare and manage annual engineering budgets; identify cost-saving opportunities and efficiency improvements; control CAPEX and OPEX.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory, legal, and safety standards; implement risk management, HSE, and audit processes; maintain certifications and documentation.
• Drive process optimization and operational excellence; introduce new technologies and automation where relevant; lead root cause analysis and problem-solving.
• Collaborate with Operations, Finance, Procurement, HR, and external stakeholders; act as technical advisor to senior management and business leaders.
