Job summary

Peoplyee in Indonesia is seeking a seasoned Project Engineer to lead and monitor engineering and production projects within automation solutions. The role is based in Cikarang and requires effective coordination with internal teams and strong customer-facing communication.

Applicants should have at least 5 years of experience in project engineering or service engineering, and be proficient in English or other local languages; a driver is provided for those in the Cikarang area.

• Coordinate with management and relevant teams to ensure smooth project planning and execution.
• Provide hands-on support and closely monitor project progress from initiation through completion.
• Identify potential project risks and implement appropriate corrective actions.
• Prepare project updates and report directly to the Director.
