Job summary

Pengiklan Anonim seeks a senior engineer to plan resources for engineering and production, supervise maintenance, and troubleshoot PLC systems. The role requires extensive experience with high-precision machines and a strong grasp of ISO 13485 and GMP standards.

You will work on end-to-end production processes, optimize machine performance, and ensure quality compliance while collaborating in a fast-paced environment at Depok, West Java.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering/Mechatronics Engineering or Industrial Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years in Pharma/Medical Devices/Automotive/Electronics manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems of industrial machinery.
• Proficient in PLC programming and troubleshooting, as well as machine programming.
• Experience with high-precision part production machines.
• Good understanding of end-to-end production processes.
• Knowledge of ISO 13485, GMP, and Halal Product Assurance System (SJPH).
• Good command of English, both spoken and written.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Hardworking, adaptable, and with high integrity.
• Able to work under pressure and collaborate in a team.

Responsibilities

• Plan resource requirements for engineering and production activities.
• Plan, coordinate, and supervise preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance to minimize downtime.
• Handle PLC programming, modification, and troubleshooting.
• Manage operation, setup, and maintenance of high-precision part machines.
• Analyze and resolve electrical and mechanical issues on machinery and facilities.
• Prepare and maintain technical documentation and maintenance schedules.
• Analyze cycle time and machine capacity to ensure efficient production.
• Provide technical support to production for smooth operations.
• Drive continuous improvement in methods, equipment, and processes.
• Ensure products meet quality standards and regulations.
