Pengiklan Anonim seeks a senior engineer to plan resources for engineering and production, supervise maintenance, and troubleshoot PLC systems. The role requires extensive experience with high-precision machines and a strong grasp of ISO 13485 and GMP standards.

You will work on end-to-end production processes, optimize machine performance, and ensure quality compliance while collaborating in a fast-paced environment at Depok, West Java.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering/Mechatronics Engineering or Industrial Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years in Pharma/Medical Devices/Automotive/Electronics manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems of industrial machinery.
• Proficient in PLC programming and troubleshooting, as well as machine programming.
• Experience with high-precision part production machines.
• Good understanding of end-to-end production processes.
• Knowledge of ISO 13485, GMP, and Halal Product Assurance System (SJPH).
• Good command of English, both spoken and written.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Hardworking, adaptable, and with high integrity.
• Able to work under pressure and collaborate in a team.

Responsabilités

• Plan resource requirements for engineering and production activities.
• Plan, coordinate, and supervise preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance to minimize downtime.

Key Responsibilities

• Work closely with the superior to plan resource requirements for engineering and production activities.
• Plan, coordinate, and supervise maintenance programs (preventive, predictive, and corrective) to keep machines ready for operation and minimize downtime.
• Handle PLC programming, modification, and troubleshooting, as well as production machine control systems.
• Manage the operation, setup, and maintenance of high-precision part machines to maintain accuracy and consistency of production output.
• Analyze and resolve electrical and mechanical issues on both machinery and facilities/buildings.
• Prepare and maintain technical documentation, including machine specifications, operational SOPs, maintenance schedules, and repair records.
• Analyze cycle time and machine capacity to achieve efficient production processes and meet targets.
• Monitor production activities and provide technical support to ensure smooth operations.
• Drive continuous improvement in work methods, machinery/equipment, and production processes.
• Ensure that products meet applicable quality standards and regulations.

Qualifications

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering/Mechatronics Engineering, or Industrial Engineering.
• At least 5 years of experience in the Pharmaceutical/Medical Devices/Automotive/Electronics manufacturing industry.
• Strong knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems of industrial machinery.
• Proficient in PLC programming and troubleshooting, as well as machine programming.
• Experienced in handling high-precision part production machines.
• Comprehensive understanding of the end-to-end production process.
• Good understanding of TPM, TQM, and OEE concepts.
• Knowledge of ISO standards (ISO 13485 preferred), GMP, and Halal Product Assurance System (SJPH).
• Good command of English, both spoken and written.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Hardworking, adaptable, committed, dedicated, and possesses high integrity.
• Able to work under pressure and collaborate effectively in a team.
• Willing to be placed in Depok, West Java.
