Job summary

Responsibilities

• Perform daily engineering tasks across assigned villas.

Job description

Perform daily engineering tasks across assigned villas.

Conduct routine inspections to ensure all systems and facilities are functioning properly.

Handle preventive and corrective maintenance for villas, including MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) and basic civil works.

Respond quickly and effectively to maintenance issues and emergency situations.

Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems with a strong problem-solving approach.

Supervising vendors or external technicians when necessary.

Ensure all maintenance work meets safety and quality standards.

Maintain tools, equipment, and spare parts in good condition.

Report maintenance activities (before, during, and after completion) clearly and accurately.

Use WhatsApp and the company’s maintenance application for daily reporting and communication.

Document issues with photos/videos and provide timely updates to the team.

General Qualifications

Basic knowledge of MEP and civil works.

Minimum 1 year of experience in engineering, maintenance, or a similar role.

Strong problem-solving skills and able to handle urgent situations.

Must have a working smartphone for communication and comfortable using mobile apps for reporting.

Good communication skills and teamwork.
