Job summary

PT Bina Tjahaja Pertiwi is seeking an experienced MEP Technician to maintain villa mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems in Bali. The role involves daily repairs, electrical tasks, leak detection, and coordinating visits across multiple villa sites in the Uluwatu region.

The ideal candidate will have proven MEP experience, strong problem-solving abilities, and a willingness to learn while ensuring safety standards. Basic English is required, and commuting to Uluwatu is preferred.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an MEP Technician/Maintenance Technician (villa focus).
• Ability to troubleshoot and solve technical problems independently.
• Basic understanding of safety procedures and standards.
• Honest, responsible, and willing to learn.
• Able to work independently and follow instructions.
• Basic English communication skills.
• Preferably based in or near the Uluwatu area or willing to commute there.

Responsibilities

• Handle daily repairs and maintenance across villa properties.
• Perform basic electrical work (lamps, switches, minor power issues).
• Diagnose and repair electrical faults, including panels and circuits.
• Ensure proper functioning of electrical installations and prevent hazards.
• Maintain and repair pipes, water systems, taps, toilets, and drainage.
• Detect leaks, blockages, and water pressure issues.
• Assist with painting, patching, silicone work, doors and general repairs.
• Check AC units, water heaters, pumps, and villa equipment.
• Travel between villa locations in the Uluwatu area.
• Report major or complex issues to supervisor.
• Follow maintenance schedules and tasks.
