Job summary

PT BALI PACIFIC PROPERTY is seeking an experienced Villa Maintenance Technician / Maintenance Supervisor in Bali to oversee maintenance across several villas, ensuring safe, well‑functioning systems and timely repairs.

The role requires hands‑on skills in plumbing, electrical work, pumps, AC coordination, and coordinating with vendors and villa staff; independence and reliability are essential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in villa, hotel, property or building maintenance.
• Good knowledge of plumbing, pumps, basic electrical work, and general repairs.
• Experience with villas, guest houses, hotels, or rental properties preferred.
• Ability to troubleshoot and propose practical solutions.
• Able to work independently and communicate clearly with owner and staff.

Responsibilities

• Handle daily maintenance tasks across multiple villas.
• Inspect and repair basic electrical issues.
• Inspect and repair plumbing issues.
• Check pumps, booster pumps, pool pumps, and water systems.
• Check AC units and coordinate with AC technicians when servicing is required.
• Handle basic repairs for doors, locks, lights, sockets, leaks, silicone, furniture, woodwork, and general villa defects.
• Identify problems before they become serious.
• Take clear photos before and after each job.
• Provide daily maintenance reports.
• Coordinate with vendors, contractors, technicians, and villa staff.
